Flami analytics consent
1. To whom and for what purpose consent is given
By selecting "Allow all" in the settings on Flami public pages, I authorize individual entrepreneur Igor Evgenyevich Litvintsev, INN 781394158508, OGRNIP 326784700142011, region of registration: St. Petersburg, to process the information listed below to analyze visits and improve the interface of the public pages and account area of flami.pro.
Controller contact: support@flami.pro. Version of this consent: 1 dated October 22, 2026. This consent applies to the single analytics choice for public pages and the account area and does not authorize promotional mailings, transfer of any generation materials, or publication of my personal data.
2. What data and actions are covered
This consent covers IP address, browser and device information, cookies and other analytics identifiers, pages visited, referral source, visit time, and page interaction events, including Session Replay and click map data on public pages only. Session Replay and click maps are disabled in the account area; URL parameters are not included in page view events. Sensitive information should not be entered unnecessarily in public page fields.
For this purpose, automated collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, retrieval, use, transfer to the analytics service, anonymization, blocking, and destruction of information are permitted. Analytics is performed using Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC in the Russian Federation. Information about how the service operates is set out in the Yandex Metrica terms and Yandex policy.
3. Voluntary choice and recording
Consent is given by a separate click on "Allow all". Selecting "Allow necessary" keeps the analytics counter disabled and does not restrict browsing public pages or access to the account area. No additional analytics confirmation in the account area is required. Technical measures necessary for sign-in, security, language, and storing the choice itself are addressed separately in the Privacy policy.
The choice, consent version number, and acceptance time set by the server are stored in a protected cookie. For signed-in users, the version number and acceptance time are also recorded in their account. A choice made before sign-in in the same browser session is linked to the account once upon subsequent authentication or registration. Consent linked to one account is not transferred to another account when users switch.
If confirmation could not be saved on the server, analytics is not enabled. Refusal and withdrawal remove the acceptance mark in the account. The setting applies in Flami interfaces using this mechanism; user rights and mandatory technical measures do not depend on it.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Permission remains in effect until withdrawal, a change to the consent version, or the expiration of 180 days from the choice; a new choice is then required. The purpose of retaining analytics information is to prepare statistics and assess interface usage. Processing periods are limited by this purpose and applicable statutory requirements.
You can withdraw consent through "Cookie settings" by selecting "Allow necessary", or by contacting support@flami.pro with the subject "Withdrawal of analytics consent". When analytics is declined in settings, sending new events from the current page stops. Other open website and account area tabs receive the change through a browser notification or another server check; the check is also performed when returning to a tab and at least once a minute when the browser allows background code to run. To request deletion of previously collected data, provide information that makes it possible to identify the relevant visit or identifier, if you know it.
Withdrawal does not make processing lawfully carried out before it unlawful. Processing stops and deletion takes place in the cases and within the periods provided by law. General user rights and the procedure for requests are described in the policy.
