Flami public offer

1. Service provider and contract formation

Individual entrepreneur Igor Evgenyevich Litvintsev, INN 781394158508, OGRNIP 326784700142011, region of registration: St. Petersburg, registered on April 15, 2026 by Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 15 for St. Petersburg, offers the user a contract for use of the Flami platform, including the provision of paid services. Contact for inquiries: support@flami.pro.

By registering on the Flami platform, including creating an account through VK or Yandex, the user accepts the terms of this public offer and the Terms of use, and confirms having read the Privacy policy. The terms of these documents must be available to the user before registration is completed. Registration constitutes acceptance of the offer to enter into a contract for use of the platform on the terms set out here.

Paid services are provided after the selected plan or pack has been ordered and paid for. The order contents, price, billing period, and number of credits are displayed before payment. If the customer acts on behalf of an organization, they must have the appropriate authority.

Use of materials and content restrictions are described in the terms of use, and personal data processing is described in the policy. Registration, acceptance of the public offer, and payment do not constitute consent to optional analytics or promotional mailings: these permissions are requested separately. Data processing necessary to perform the contract and comply with statutory requirements is carried out on the relevant lawful basis.

2. What the user receives

Flami provides remote access to tools for creating and processing images, video, audio, and text within the scope of the selected offer. Users choose the tool, source materials, and task parameters themselves.

Credits are units used to account for the available volume of services within Flami. They are not money or an independent payment instrument. A number of credits does not represent a fixed number of generations: consumption depends on the tool, model, and parameters.

Allocating credits confirms the volume made available but does not in itself mean that all future generations have already been performed. Transaction history and the available balance are displayed in the account area.

3. Cost, payment, and credit validity

The price and terms of the selected offer are fixed when the order is placed. Payment is made through a payment service offered in the interface. Flami receives transaction confirmation; the information needed by the payment organization to process the transaction is processed by that organization as part of the selected payment method.

A subscription is taken out for one calendar month or one year. Credits for a monthly period are allocated with a validity of 90 days; for an annual period, 12 months' worth of credits are allocated with a validity of 365 days. Credit validity and the paid subscription period are different. Functions requiring an active subscription need a current paid period, even if credits remain on the balance.

An additional credit pack is purchased while a subscription is active and does not include automatic renewal. The validity and contents of individual bonus allocations are determined by the terms of the relevant offer. Expiration dates for specific packs are displayed in the account area.

Available packs with the earliest expiration date are used first. After a pack expires, its remaining balance cannot be used for new tasks. This accounting rule does not remove refund claims that the user is entitled to make by law.

4. Running tasks and errors

The cost of a task is determined by the selected model and parameters. When a task is run, the service checks the available balance and may reserve credits for processing. A reservation temporarily reduces the available balance and differs from a final deduction.

When a task is completed successfully, consumption is recorded in transaction history. In the event of a technical error, the corresponding unused reservation is released. If you see a disputed deduction after a failure, provide support with the task identifier: Flami will check its status and correct any accounting error.

Running a task again with new parameters constitutes a separate task unless it is expressly provided as correction of an error. The characteristics of AI and the need to review results are set out in the terms of use. They do not remove requirements concerning the quality of the service itself or liability for platform errors.

5. Renewal and disabling it

Automatic renewal applies when the user separately selects it during payment and the payment method supports recurring charges. Registration in itself does not authorize charges.

When renewal is enabled, payment is taken for the next billing period. You can manage renewal in subscription settings. To prevent the next charge, disable renewal before it occurs. After renewal is disabled, the previously paid period remains in effect until it ends.

Disabling renewal, withdrawing from the contract, and requesting a refund are different actions. If you need a refund of a payment already made, contact support. If you cannot disable renewal in the interface, report this to support@flami.pro.

New prices and terms do not retroactively change a paid order. A change to the amount of subsequent recurring charges requires the notification and agreement prescribed by law; publication of a new price does not in itself constitute a new payment instruction from the user.

6. Withdrawal from services and refunds

Users may request a refund of payment attributable to unused paid credits. The cost of properly performed generations is generally not refunded solely because the user changed their mind about using the result. Bonus credits do not constitute a separate amount of paid funds eligible for refund.

If a result is of poor quality because of a Flami error when interacting with an AI model, the user may request a refund of the cost of the relevant task within one month of receiving the result. In the request, identify the task and describe how the error appears. Support will check the circumstances and communicate a decision; correction or reprocessing instead of a refund is subject to agreement with the user.

This one-month period is an additional Flami term and does not shorten mandatory statutory periods or remedies. A deduction of credits does not in itself prove that the service was of proper quality.

For a refund, write to support@flami.pro with the subject "Refund": provide your account email, the payment or payment date, the disputed task if any, and your request. Do not share your full card number, CVC, or password. The amount is determined for the specific payment, taking into account its price, discounts, services actually provided, and applicable statutory requirements; Flami provides a calculation of deductions.

If the user is a consumer, they retain the right to withdraw from services at any time, subject to documented expenses actually incurred by the service provider in performing the specific contract. These expenses are not automatically equated to the entire payment or remaining credit balance. Lawful claims relating to service defects, erroneous charges, or unauthorized charges are considered independently of the general rule on unused credits. Refunds are made in compliance with applicable statutory deadlines and payment method rules.

7. Access, restrictions, and liability

Use requires an internet connection, a compatible device, and suitable materials. The availability of individual tools may depend on the technical condition of the platform and the model provider. In the event of a failure, Flami reviews the request and applies the remedies provided by law and the contract.

Moderation and blocking for unlawful use are carried out under the platform's terms of use. Blocking does not automatically confiscate the paid balance or entail refusal to consider lawful claims. Upon termination of the contract, the parties make the necessary settlements.

Neither the characteristics of AI nor the use of external APIs releases Flami from liability that cannot be excluded by contract. The limitations in this public offer do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

8. Inquiries and applicable terms

Questions about orders, subscriptions, errors, and refunds should be sent to support@flami.pro. Provide information that makes it possible to locate the transaction and state your preferred resolution. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, preserving the statutory right to apply to courts and competent authorities.

A paid order is governed by the version of the terms that the user reviewed when placing it. Updates to documents do not cancel obligations and rights that have already arisen. Individual terms for an organization apply only when separately agreed by the parties.
